Use ScribeSE responsibly and keep control of the media, API keys, and exports you choose to process.

Your responsibility

Only process media you have the right to use. Review AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

PRO membership unlocks higher limits and advanced workflows. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Service limits: PRO includes unrestricted local transcription workflows, subject to what your device can process and store, plus the AI chat workspace, transcription editing, custom AI prompts, organization tools, and Cloud mode. AI chat requires your own connected AI provider and API key; LLM usage is not included in the subscription.
Refunds: all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your profile page or PayPal account. Cancellation stops future billing, and PRO access remains available until the last day of your current paid subscription period.
Fair use: we may apply reasonable technical limits to protect service stability, prevent abuse, comply with provider limits, or maintain fair use.

When you connect an external AI provider, requests are sent to that provider under its own terms. You control which provider and API key you use.
